Team Lead for CAMHS Eating Disorders
1.0 WTE, permanent role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Eating Disorders Team Lead to join the Children and Young People’s Eating Disorder Service in Coventry and Warwickshire.
This is a full time, permanent role and within a growing and thriving CAMHS Eating Disorders (ED) service. We are keen to hear from nurses who are passionate about making a difference for children, young people, and families.
Responsibility for the day‑to‑day operational management of the identified team, including patient, team activity, performance, quality and staffing matters.
- To contribute to the delivery of the transformational change programme for the Child and Family Services business unit, particularly through the development of a more integrated, multi‑professional workforce;
- To support the delivery of child & family focused services, against agreed performance and quality targets and within budget, whilst delivering agreed cost improvements.
- Management of staff;
- Contribute to effective partnership working with key external services, such as social care, the acute sector and key third sector organisations, to enable the delivery of shared outcomes;
