Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join the Construction & Real Estate team at a leading international law firm. This role will be providing high-level support to Partners and Fee Earners while ensuring an exceptional service is delivered to both internal and external clients. This a great opportunity to join a law firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive PA team.

Salary up to £50,000 + excellent benefits

Hybrid working – 3/2

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive diary, inbox and meeting management for Partners and Fee Earners.
  • Coordinating client meetings, travel arrangements and events.
  • Assisting with pitches, presentations and business development activities.
  • Supporting billing, time recording, expenses and financial administration.
  • Opening new matters, conflict checks and preparing engagement documentation.
  • Liaising with clients and acting as a key point of contact.
  • Coordinating workflow with wider support teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assisting with document amendments, correspondence and general administrative support.
  • Building strong working relationships across the firm and contributing to continuous process improvements.

About You

  • Previous Legal PA experience within a law firm.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using legal practice management systems.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset.
