Senior AV Customer Success & Onsite Services Lead

Electrosonic Group is seeking a Customer Success & Onsite Services Manager to ensure customers derive maximum value from their AV technology investments and to lead onsite managed services across UK accounts.

You will be the primary post‑sales relationship owner, responsible for satisfaction, renewals, and long‑term account growth, while providing leadership to distributed service teams and collaborating with Service Operations, Technical Support, Sales and Finance.
