Join Seven Resourcing and work with one of our trusted healthcare clients in the beautiful coastal town of Teignmouth (TQ14 9JS). We are offering an ongoing, ad-hoc shift role with competitive hourly rates that reflect your experience and dedication.

Pay, shifts and working pattern

• £14.24/hr for weekdays
• £14.57/hr for weeknights and Saturday during the day
• £14.91/hr for Saturday nights
• £15.13/hr for Sunday days
• Day shifts: 08:00 – 20:00
• Night shifts: 20:00 – 08:00

What you will do

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents within an adult residential service
• Assist with daily activities and tasks, promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in the care setting

What you’ll need

• A minimum of 6 months’ recent UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Ability to provide two professional references
• Basic life support (BLS) training
• Manual handling training
• SOCA level 3 training
• Compliance with all necessary checks and documentation
• Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position
