Compassionate Health Care Assistant – Elderly & Dementia

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support registered nurses on Ward 30, assisting patients with personal care, nutrition and mobility while promoting dignity and comfort.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, safe care for acutely ill patients, with emphasis on effective communication and IT skills to document care and respond to patient needs.
