Head of Soft Services & Cleaning Operations

Harrods is seeking a Soft Services Manager to provide strategic leadership for cleaning, waste and pest management across our Knightsbridge store. You will line manage up to 4 team leaders and guide a large team of operatives to deliver high standards of service.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, and report to the Senior Facilities Manager. The role requires a proactive mindset and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
