Charity Shop Lead — Flexible Part-Time (Kingsbridge)

Devon Air Ambulance in Kingsbridge is seeking an organised Assistant Manager to join our Retail Team on a 3‑day‑per‑week basis. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to lead the team, maximise sales and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

The role requires previous retail or customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to volunteering supervision, stock control and shop presentation.
