Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a care or support settingStrong understanding of safeguarding proceduresConfident delivering personal care, medication administration, and manual handlingAbility to provide a 2-year work reference history
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, assist with meals, mobility, and hygieneAdminister medication in accordance with individual care plansPromote service users independence and wellbeingWork collaboratively to maintain high standards of careEnsure a safe and supportive environmentRespond appropriately to safeguarding concernsHandle emergency situations according to established protocolsKeep accurate, timely documentation and care records
