Outpatients Services Lead — Patient-Centred Care & Performance

Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Service Manager for Outpatients. You will work with the Head of Outpatients to oversee operational management, planning, delivery and performance monitoring of outpatient services across the Trust.

The role requires experience in complex organisations, NHS knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will contribute to patient access targets, waiting times, and service improvement in a patient‑centred environment.
