We have a really exciting opportunity for qualified multiskilled joiners looking for work in-and-around Manchester working on a busy voids team for a leading Housing Association.
Our client are looking for multiskilled tradesmen with carpentry experience and a proven track record for quality work and experience. If you are looking to put your foot in the door for consistent work as part of a highly experienced and reputable team, this is the perfect chance to do so.
The day-to-day will involve working in void properties doing reactive works such as repairing/installing architraves, skirting, hanging doors, etc. to prep properties for new tenants.
Pay Rate: 20.00 P/H (CIS or Umbrella)Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 – Monday to Friday; 40 hours per weekLength: 1 month – can be extendedRequirements: NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade, full UK Driving licence, own vehicle, and tools. Materials will be providedBenefits:
