Salaried GP – £14,450 per session. Minimal home visits, 15‑minute appointments, possible relocation package. A well‑structured GP workload at a highly regarded GP Training Practice just north of Plymouth.

Salary & Benefits

• £12,750 per session for first 6 months, then £14,450 per session
• Indemnity paid

• 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Workload & Structure

• 4‑6 sessions per day
• Less than 5 hours of clinical time per day
• 15‑minute appointments (mix of face‑to‑face, calls, e‑consults)
• Extensive protected admin / task slots built into the day
• Acute Hub system in place
• No traditional duty doctor model
• First patient not until 09:30 when covering
• Minimal home visits, covered daily by Paramedic / ANP team
• Excellent continuity of care with your own patient list

Qualifications & Registration
