Hull City Council is seeking an Early Help Family Support Worker for Marfleet Family Hub. This full-time, permanent role delivers targeted Early Help services for families with children aged 0–11 years.
You will undertake early help assessments, coordinate the team around the family, run learning and play groups, visit homes and build partnerships to improve outcomes and reduce dependence on public services.
