Working within a modern, highly structured warehouse operation, you’ll take responsibility for the overall performance of the night shift, leading a team of up to 30 warehouse operatives whilst ensuring customer expectations, productivity targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
You’ll play a key role in planning resources, leading daily shift briefings, monitoring KPIs, resolving operational issues and working closely with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Using a Warehouse Management System, you’ll oversee stock accuracy, vehicle movements, inventory control and customer service, whilst continually identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

The Role
- Lead and develop a night shift warehouse team of up to 30 employees.
- Drive warehouse performance against operational KPIs and customer SLAs.
- Conduct daily shift briefings covering performance, Health & Safety and operational priorities.
- Manage labour planning and warehouse resources to maximise productivity.
- Ensure all warehouse movements, inventory transactions and customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain stock accuracy through the Warehouse Management System.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, stock discrepancies and customer queries.
- Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across the operation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased operational efficiency.
- Monday to Friday | 5:00pm – 2:00am (flexibility required to meet operational demands).
The Person
- Previous Warehouse Management or Warehouse Supervisory experience.
- Experience leading teams within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service ability.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.
- KPI-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to motivate teams whilst maintaining high operational standards.
What You’ll Receive
- €55,000 – €60,000 depending on experience.
