2nd Line ICT Support Analyst – Azure, M365 & Security

VolkerWessels UK is seeking an experienced 2nd Line ICT Support Analyst to join our IT team supporting the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE) programme. Based in Blackfriars with regular site travel across Kent, South London and Sussex, you will support over 1,400 users and provide a blend of 2nd Line and occasional 1st Line support.

You will resolve technical issues, support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, manage user accounts, and ensure high-quality service delivery across the business.
