Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy manufacturing business in Wrexham.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence who are looking for long-term, full-time employment. You’ll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
Key Duties
Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
Offload deliveries and store goods correctly.
Issue raw materials and packaging to production teams.
Support manufacturing operations with the movement of materials.
Load and unload vehicles as required.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and keep work areas safe, clean, and organised.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.
Previous experience in an FLT, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Flexible approach to work.
Available for an immediate start.
Hours & Pay
Sunday to Thursday.
Night Shift: 10pm-6am.
13.05-13.66 per hour.
Overtime paid at 17.76-27.32 per hour.
