IT Service Desk Specialist – Windows 11, 365 & Intune

VIQU IT is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator in Warwick for a hands-on first-line IT support role. You will work across a Microsoft environment including Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Windows 11, supporting users across Warwick and wider UK locations.

The role requires strong customer focus and troubleshooting skills in a busy service desk. You’ll be the initial contact for IT requests, manage tickets, and collaborate with infrastructure teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
