Projects typicallyrange in valuefrom500K to3 million and typically cover London and the South-East

The Role

As Project Manager, you will takefull responsibility formanaging construction projectsfrom pre-construction through tocompletion and handover. Working closely withclients, consultants, subcontractors, and siteteams, you will ensureprojects are deliveredsafely, efficiently, andto the higheststandards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, programme andcoordinate all aspectsof project delivery.
• Lead project teamsto achieve programme, quality andfinancial objectives.
• Build and maintainstrong relationships withpublic sectorclients, consultants andsupply chain partners.
• Monitor project progress, identifyingrisks and implementingmitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance withhealth and safetylegislation and companyprocedures.
• Coordinate subcontractorsandsuppliers to ensureefficient delivery.
• Attend client meetingsand provide regularproject updates.
• Oversee quality assurance, snagging, commissioningand final handover.

The successful candidatewill have:

• Proven experience asa Project Managerwithin theconstruction industry.
• Experience delivering publicsector projects.
• A strong understandingof JCT contractsand construction projectmanagement.
• Excellent leadership, communicationand organisational skills.
• A full UKdrivinglicence.
