Head of ML & Enterprise AI Agents — Hybrid, Equity Options

SR2 is seeking a Head of Machine Learning in London to own the intelligence layer of our platform, with 2–3 days on-site weekly. You will steer agent architecture, retrieval, evaluation and learning while remaining hands-on with the toughest engineering challenges.

You will define ML roadmaps, deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise clients, and build robust evaluation and safety frameworks. Lead and grow the Applied ML and Agent engineering team.
