Trim Shop Assistant

Main ObjectiveAssist in the production of seating and trim products, in support of the Company’s business plan, quality standards and operational objectives.

Duties &responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of interior trim products within agreed quality standards and timescales
• Assist in laying and cutting of materials using specialist cutting machinery (where trained)
• Use of specialist tools and machinery e.g. embroidery, spray booth, eyelet press etc.
• Appropriate boxing, packing, wrapping and strapping-up of trim products for storage and/or delivery
• Assist in unloading and storage of raw materials
• Carry out any other duties as required and as commensurate with role
