Manufacturing Engineer – Lean & Kaizen for Radiator Production

Wabtec Corporation in Northampton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing areas by developing, verifying, and validating new and existing processes to ensure the production of heat-transfer and engine-cooling radiators meets quality, cost, and safety specifications.

You will control process documentation, lead continuous improvement, work with maintenance, and apply lean manufacturing and kaizen principles to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and optimize tooling and jigs.
