Job description

• Providehigh-quality cleaningacross communal areasof Independent Livingschemes
• Completescheduled and ad-hoc cleaning tasksto maintain excellentstandards
• Operate and managethe on-sitelaundry service whereapplicable
• Carry out weeklywater outletflushing and assistwith compliance tasks, including fire alarmtesting
• Report maintenance issues, health &safety concerns andcustomer welfare matters
• Maintain cleaning suppliesand support theupkeep of communalfacilities andguest rooms
• Deliver excellent customerservice and respondprofessionally to customerqueries
• Work closely withcolleagues to ensurea safe, cleanand welcoming environment

Requirements

• Previous professionalcleaning experience
• Laundry service experiencedesirable
• Goodcommunication and customerservice skills
• Able to workindependently, prioritise tasks andadapt to changingworkloads
• Knowledge of Health& Safety and COSHH regulations
• Basic record-keepingand IT skills
• Full UK drivinglicence and willingnessto travel betweensites
• Flexible to workoccasional evenings orweekends when required
