As a result of rapid growth and phenomenal success, thisorganisation is seeking a HR Strategic Lead. It is a values led organisation with a genuine commitment to its people. As HR Strategic Lead, you will bring clarity through complexity guiding others through change ensuring that people remain at the centre of every decision. There are 3 components to this role -integration, harmonisation and leadership.

Reporting to the CPO, the successful candidate will:

• Have a solid HR generalist background
• Have strategic vision
• Have ability to align people strategy with evolving transformation
• Have significant experience of integration (M&A)
• Sound experience of harmonisation of Ts&Cs
• Design and introduce internal career development and progression mechanism
• Liaise with Senior Leaders, Trade Unions in Swansea and London
