Hands-on Head of Finance — Strategy & Growth Leader

Crystal People Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join the senior leadership team of a well-established UK manufacturing business near Tunbridge Wells. The role combines hands-on management of day-to-day finances with strategic reporting and commercial insight for the board.

You will lead robust financial controls, deliver accurate management accounts, and oversee VAT, payroll and statutory reporting.
