Centre Soft Services Lead – Cleaning, Security & Waste

Savills is seeking a Soft Services Supervisor for The Spires Shopping Centre to lead cleaning, security and waste management operations. You will work with the Centre Manager to ensure safety, cleanliness and efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance and delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, budgets and KPIs, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
