Senior Social Worker – Front Door Screening (Children)

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join its busy Screening first response team. This agency position supports the Front Door / Screening Team by screening contacts, analysing information and applying safeguarding thresholds to ensure timely, right‑sized responses for children and families.

The role requires current Social Work England registration and experience in Children’s Social Care, with strong evidence of recording, analysis and communication skills.
