The Why? (Just a few highlights…)

  • Be part of a growing digital team – Join a collaborative environment where your ideas are encouraged and you’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, supporting users, delivering enhancements and building solutions using Salesforce’s declarative tools. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, improve existing processes and ensure Salesforce continues to deliver value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
  • Design, build and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets and platform security.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insight.
  • Support users with troubleshooting, training and day-to-day platform queries.
  • Maintain data quality and investigate platform, automation and reporting issues.
  • Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing configuration and reduce manual processes.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams where development support is required.

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow and declarative configuration.
  • Experience managing users, permissions, security and platform configuration.
  • Confident working directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards for business users.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data management and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where Salesforce is central to its operations, giving you genuine ownership of the platform and the chance to influence how it’s used across the organisation. If you’re looking for a role that combines technical delivery with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
