Job Description:
IWFM is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a large, complex 24/7 heavy manufacturing operation in the UK. You will lead mechanical, electrical, automation, planning and shift maintenance, building stronger structure, accountability and a balance between reactive and planned work.
The role requires hands-on leadership, deep experience of live production environments, and the ability to unify maintenance practices across disciplines while driving reliability improvements and cost control.
