Flexible Residential Support Worker — Make a Difference

SCR is recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to provide flexible agency care across a range of residential settings for vulnerable children and young people. The role involves building trusting relationships and ensuring safety, support and dignity in daily life.

You should be calm, patient and resilient, with at least 6 months’ experience and a clean UK driving licence. Shifts vary and may include long days, weekends and sleep-ins, with opportunities to gain diverse experience
