Empowering Support Worker: Mental Health & Housing

BHT Sussex is recruiting a Full Time Support Worker for Shore House, Marine Parade, Brighton. The role involves providing 24-hour support to residents with mental health needs, delivering 1:1 and group activities, and coordinating with health services to enable independent living within an 18-month plan.
