Defence Kitchen Chef: Lead Menus, Quality & Service

Compass Group UK&I Defence division is seeking a dedicated Chef to join the team on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, delightting clients and customers across the Defence sites.

You will lead with passion, oversee menu changes, monitor inventories, maintain hygiene, and contribute to new menu concepts while upholding our brand and delivering outstanding service within the Defence sector.
