EHS & CI Lead: Safety, Compliance & Improvement

NextPharma Edinburgh is seeking an EHS and Continuous Improvement Lead who will own the site’s EHS and CI programs. This role coordinates Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance and ongoing improvement.

You will work with corporate leads to develop site policies, drive CI across warehouse, utilities, manufacturing productivity and packaging, and provide leadership and training to operational teams to sustain excellence.
