Job Description:
Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust is inviting applications for a Macmillan Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to support patients from the point of cancer suspicion through their pathway with personalised, high-quality care, expert information and emotional support.
The CNS will work as a core MDT member, coordinating the patient pathway, liaising with primary and secondary care, and contributing to service improvements and remote monitoring as part of national directives.
