Bookseller: Craft Exceptional In-Store Experiences

WHSmith’s Harrods Bookshop in London is seeking a Fixed Term Bookseller for 30 hours per week to deliver outstanding customer service and support store standards.

You will greet customers, recommend titles, restock shelves and maintain inviting displays. Work independently or with the team, contribute to achieving KPIs including sign-ups to the Harrods Rewards Card, and help colleagues create a memorable shopping experience.
