Senior HR Leader – People Strategy & Engagement

The Liberty Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced Head of HR in Reading. This permanent, full-time role leads both strategic and operational HR, shaping people strategy and advising senior leaders across all people management areas.

You will oversee HR policy, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and engagement while mentoring the HR team and managing the HR budget.
