Customer Experience Coach: Lead a 30-strong Store Team

Dunelm in Jersey is seeking a Deputy Manager (Customer Experience Coach) to lead stock processes, campaigns and daily store operations. You will deputise for the Store Manager when required and drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will manage a team of around 30 colleagues including 3 Team Leaders, ensuring stock accuracy, merchandising standards and effective engagement with customers across the store.
