Impactful Secondary Teaching Assistant – KS3/KS4 Support

Tradewind Recruitment is assisting a Brent secondary school to appoint a Secondary Teaching Assistant for September 2026. This full‑time role supports KS3 and KS4 students with academic, pastoral and social development.

You will work with teachers to deliver literacy and numeracy interventions, assist with resources, and help create an inclusive classroom where every student can progress. A degree in any subject and experience with teenagers are valued.
