Founder’s Associate (Finance) @ VC Backed Startup (£45-60k)

All roles on our generalist stream are generalist in nature. Regardless of the job title (Founder’s Associate, Finance Associate etc.), you’ll typically work closely with the founder on high‑profile strategic projects.

We’re specifically looking for candidates with a finance background, ideally accounting qualified (ACA or equivalent), with commercial or corporate finance experience who are ready to make a move into the startup world.

Progression is often rapid & how you progress depends on how you want to grow your career. Our alumni have gone on to more senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Finance, and COO roles.

Who are we looking for?

• ACA qualified or working towards it
• 1–5 years in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or similar
• Ready to move fast and work close to a founder
• Excited by high‑growth companies and want real ownership from day one
