This is an opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-profile real estate financing transactions in the market, advising leading banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, sponsors, and real estate investors.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and investors on a broad range of real estate finance transactions.
- Acting on acquisition, investment, development, and refinancing matters across multiple real estate asset classes.
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor arrangements, and ancillary finance documents.
- Working closely with colleagues across real estate, banking, restructuring, tax, and corporate teams on complex transactions.
- Managing transaction processes and coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting business development initiatives and building strong client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with between 2 and 5 years’ PQE.
- Strong experience gained within a leading real estate finance practice at an international, US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or highly regarded national firm.
- Experience advising on lender-side and/or borrower-side real estate finance transactions.
- Strong technical drafting and transaction management skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
