Director of Quality & Achievement — Vision-Impaired Education

RSBC Dorton College seeks a strategic Vice Principal, Quality and Achievement to lead quality assurance, curriculum excellence and inspection readiness. This role focuses on driving student achievement and implementing data-driven improvements across Dorton College and partner provisions.

You will oversee quality cycles, SARs and performance data while collaborating with senior leaders to ensure SEND compliance and positive outcomes for vision-impaired learners.
