Early-Career Quality Compliance Engineer (IATF 16949)

McLaren Automotive Ltd is seeking a Graduate Quality Compliance Engineer to join the Quality team in Woking. You will handle COP planning, QMS compliance, and ELV/RRR tasks within the Compliance team of Quality Compliance and Change Management.

The role reports to the Compliance Manager and requires independence, self-management and objectivity to drive processes in key business areas and ensure regulatory alignment with IATF 16949 standards.
