Support Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in our Purfleet, Essex office and 3 days working from home.Department: Commercial.Reports to: Business Development Manager – Groups.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Business Development Manager and our Groups & Trade Team.
- Assisting customers and travel partners with group booking enquiries by phone and email.
- Organising festive cruises and special group events.
- Managing booking information, cabin allocations and customer records.
- Preparing information for our onboard teams to ensure every guest has an amazing experience.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date booking systems.
- Improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.
- Representing the business at travel industry events and occasional ship visits.
What we’re looking for
- Highly organised and capable of keeping things on track.
- Friendly, confident and enjoy helping people.
- Skillful at juggling multiple tasks.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbally.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Enjoys learning new things and being part of a team.
- Passionate about travel, hospitality or creating great customer experiences.
A degree is welcomed but not essential. Graduates in Business, Tourism, Events, Hospitality, Marketing or similar subjects are encouraged to apply.
A full UK driving licence and a valid passport are required.
