OT Systems Lead & Resilience Manager (Hybrid)

SSE plc is seeking an experienced OT Operations Leader to ensure the resilience, security and availability of critical OT systems within Control Room operations. You will drive leadership for Apprentices, Graduates and Technicians, and oversee governance for live and pre-production environments to sustain 99.999% availability.

The role requires strong OT experience, incident management and cross-team collaboration, with 50% of time spent in Portsmouth.
