The post-holder will work as a Research Assistant with Max Maier on the project “Understanding the Heterogeneity of Behavioural Interventions Through Mixture Modelling”, funded by a Behavioural Research UK (BR-UK) Commissioning Fund Accelerator Award. The post-holder will support the project with various tasks, such as study coding, data analysis, setting up online experiments, and writing.

Essential Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in psychology, behavioural science, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline;
- Proficiency in programming in R and in Python;
- Strong grounding in quantitative research methods and statistics;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy (e.g., for study coding and data management);
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a research team; ability to organise own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Desirable Requirements
- Familiarity with LaTeX/Overleaf;
- Experience setting up experiments or surveys in Qualtrics;
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git/GitHub) and reproducible research workflows.
