We’re Digitalbox. You may already know us through our highly-engaged brands The Tab, The Daily Mash, The Poke, and the Entertainment Daily Group. We’re a fast-moving, mobile-first publisher that lives where social media, pop culture, and internet trends collide.
Entertainment Daily Group is where millions of UK fans head every day to get their fix on TV, soaps, reality shows, and celebrity culture. From I’m A Celeb, Strictly and The Traitors, to breaking drama on the cobbles or in the latest BBC 9pm must-see, we cover the moments everyone is talking about in real time.
Now, we’re building out our Creator Programme to take our social video to the next level.
Entertainment Daily Group is looking for a proactive, growth-driven Creator Talent Manager to lead, scale, and nurture our growing creator network.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our Creator Programme – scouting top video talent, maintaining seamless onboarding systems, and empowering creators to ideate, produce, and post high-performing short-form video directly across our portfolio of social channels with more than 10million followers.
If you thrive on talent discovery, know how to nurture creative talent to hit ambitious growth & monetisation KPIs, and live on short-form video apps, this could be for you!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
1. Talent scouting & onboarding
• Proactively identify, pitch, and recruit high-potential short-form video creators across our key verticals.
• Develop, scale, and streamline onboarding processes (contracts, brand guidelines, access, and payments).
• Manage network health, talent pipelines, and ongoing creator operations.
2. Nurturing & creator autonomy
• Coach and empower creators towards full autonomy in ideating, creating, and posting content directly to our platforms.
• Build strong, high-trust relationships that keep creators engaged, inspired, and producing consistently.
• Work with creators who have great on-camera presence to refine their pitch, structure stronger hooks, and polish technical/editing execution.
• Feed creators forward-planning beats, trending formats, and pop-culture moments to spark creative concepts
• Coach creators towards self-sufficiency so they can confidently ideate, produce, and publish directly to our channels.
• Serve as the quality filter – spotting tonal issues, copyright risks, defamation hazards, or compliance red flags before content goes live.
3. Driving KPIs & monetisation
• Set, track, and drive creator performance against strict growth targets (reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI).
• Ensure all channels and video formats remain consistently fully optimised for maximum platform monetisation.
• Leverage social analytics to double down on what’s working, refine posting strategies, and scale our impact.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Creator economy expertise: Deep understanding of short-form video mechanics (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and platform monetisation.
• Talent acquisition & management: Proven track record in talent scouting, influencer management, or creator relations.
• KPI-focused: Highly analytical and motivated by hitting views, posting volumes, and commercial targets.
• Process & project management: Top-tier organisational skills to scale workflows and manage a large talent network smoothly.
• Strong communicator: Natural relationship builder who can give constructive creative feedback while keeping creators motivated.
• Editorial & content expertise: Background in digital publishing, social journalism, or media – with a sharp eye for storytelling, technical editing polish, and editorial/legal standards.
Salary: £33k – £38k D.o.E.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 – 5.30pm, with reasonable flexibility (from both sides)
