The Opportunity

You will:
- Develop and execute a strategic work-winning and growth plan.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, developers, investors and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead major pitches, presentations and competitive bids.
- Identify emerging opportunities and new market sectors.
- Help define the vision and positioning of the venture.
- Work closely with senior leadership to establish long-term growth strategies.
- Represent the practice across industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
- Create a pipeline of opportunities that translates into secured work.
About You
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of generating new business and winning significant projects within architecture or the wider design industry.
You will demonstrate:
