Job Type:Full Time | Permanent

Welcome to Strawberry & Co

At Strawberry & Co, we go beyond bricks and mortar, blending deep local expertise with a genuinely personal approach. Because for us, property isn’t just about places and spaces — it’s about people, stories and trust.

Since 2011, we’ve been shaping the property market across Bristol and Kent. Originally recognised for creating beautifully designed co-living homes, we’ve grown into a full-service Sales & Lettings agency whilst remaining true to our design-led approach.

From routine maintenance to preparing homes for new tenants and buyers, our Maintenance Team plays an essential role in ensuring every property reflects the standards we’re known for.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our portfolio of residential and co‑living properties, helping ensure our homes remain safe, well maintained and presented to the highest standards.

You’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, working both independently and alongside our Property Management team to deliver an exceptional standard of maintenance across our portfolio. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in their work.

You’ll work closely with our Property Management and Lettings teams while also building positive relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in their workmanship and is happy turning their hand to a wide variety of maintenance tasks.

No Two Days Are The Same

One day you could be refreshing a property’s décor ready for new tenants, the next repairing a leaking tap, carrying out garden maintenance, preparing a home for sale, or helping resolve an urgent maintenance issue. If you enjoy variety and take pride in your workmanship, you’ll fit right in.
