Carer Support Specialist (Bank)

Making Space is seeking a Bank Carer Support Worker to join our Carer Support Services, delivering support across Bolton Carer Support Service and other carers services in multiple areas. Depending on service needs, some duties may be completed remotely.

You will provide values-based support, offer information and practical help, conduct home visits and carer assessments, and help carers develop coping strategies and access mental health services.
