Senior Social Worker – Practitioner Safeguards (Locum)

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Principal Social Worker to join the Practitioner Concerns Team in Cardiff. This 3-month locum contract involves managing referrals, safeguarding concerns, and multi-agency collaboration with Children’s Services, Police, Education and Health to ensure Wales Safeguarding Procedures are followed.

You will conduct information gathering, risk assessments, prepare reports and liaise with partner agencies, balancing competing priorities while working independently.
