Lead Dental Nurse — 12-Month Contract, Team Leader

Bupa Dental Care is seeking a Lead Dental Nurse in Newbury on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The role is 16 hours per week (Wednesday and Thursday, 8am–5pm) with GDC registration and DBS indemnity covered by the employer.

You will lead a team of dental nurses, ensure CQC compliance, manage reception and rotas, update patient records, set up instrument decontamination, and provide chair-side support to dentists while delivering excellent patient care.
