Associate Director, Climate Resilience & Adaptation

AECOM in Bristol is seeking an Associate Director to lead a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers and sustainability professionals shaping resilience and adaptation for infrastructure and clients across the UK and Europe.

You will drive climate risk assessment, develop practical adaptation solutions, win work with new and existing clients, and mentor colleagues while advancing our Net Zero and ESG agendas in a dynamic hybrid work model.
